Despite the fact that a property is likely to be a person’s most valuable purchase and asset, the vast majority of property's do not benefit from a full Building Survey, which can result in problematic and expensive works following the property's purchase.

A full Pre Purchase report is more extensive than the Homebuyers report which is generally only suitable for newer and unmodified properties with few risks of defects.
